GOURMET BY NATURE GOES TO FINLAND

NORDIC FOOD, FORAGING & CULTURE COURSE IN MAY 2022
We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in a two week adventure with the Nova Scotia Community College, the New Brunswick Community College and also colleges from Finland, Denmark and Holland! We will attend workshops with local chefs and lecturers who will be sharing knowledge about Nordic species of berries, herbs, mushrooms, fish and game. WOW!
