October Fitness Frenzy: Embrace Autumn's Energizing Vibes💫
Welcome to Octobers Newsletter! It's been a fantastic start back in September, seeing, stretching, strengthening and moving again with everyone and also hearing of all the wonderful trips and holidays people have been on!

Starting back we were blessed with some very warm, sunny days which was fantastic but it feels now starting to feel like typical Autumnal weather (and then we get a day of 20 degrees 😂) and it's time to get out there and breath in that fresh, cool air clearing the body and mind.


Get Motivated - TOGETHER
Don't get me wrong, going for run on my own is one of my most favourite things as I can slip on my headphones and disappear into my own little world. BUT there is nothing like exercising and working out with like minded fitness enthusiasts in a group. Group sessions can really motivate you to in an amazing way. Here's a few reasons why attending a group session is so beneficial whether its Pilates or a more cardio/strength based session:

5. Skill Development

There is nothing like a shared sense of accomplishment and support from the group which can make workouts more enjoyable and fulfilling.

October brings Autumn and the change in the colour of the leaves. Stay active, stay inspired, keep working out and let's make October the time for you.

We use weights to strengthen & tone and lots of garden space to add the cardio work...

There is nothing more fantastic than getting that feeling of "Yes!" I feel fab! We giggle and laugh our way to fitness!

Need that quick boost! Energy bites are quick, easy, and super customisable. Store in the freezer or fridge.

Check out my own personal yummy energy recipe below 😋

  • 200grams pitted dates

  • 50grams cashew nuts

  • 100grams dark chocolate

  • 40grams pumkin seeds

  • 25grams chia seeds

  • 25grams rolled oats
     

Squish fruit, seeds and nuts together, make balls and roll each ball in the oats. Refrigerate or freeze and then enjoy the bites when you need that extra energy KICK!
