Spring in March 🐰🌟 March seems to be a month of roller coaster weather! I've stripped off down to a t-shirt and the next minute wrapped myself up like an eskimo!! 🤣 I do know that I am loving the lighter days and the gorgeous flowers starting to peep through the ground.
I love taking control of my health and fitness and although somedays it feels so hard (and we all have blips!) I really try and eat a varied and healthy diet, and exercise as and when I can, working on my cardio, my strength and my flexibility💖
Studio Pilates Boom 💪, it's been a term of tricep building!! ...eeek, we've been beating those bat wings away! I know, I hear you all say, please no more tricep dips or press ups Jane... 🤣 ! I'm so chuffed with how everyone looks stronger each week! 💪🙈 |

*NEW* MONDAY Pilates Studio class In response to demand for more Pilates classes (whoooooopy!) I have set up an additional mat Pilates session at 9:30am on a Monday in Farsley.

Fit & Fabulous Bootcamp Tuesdays are our lucky weather days!! I can't believe the rain stops, the sun comes on a Tuesday at 10:15am. (so far...eeek). The Bootcamps are no mean feast, but the giggles are infectious and you do get Fit & Feel Fabulous at a Hummingbird Bootcamp.
There are still a couple of places available so come and join in the frenzied fun in Horsforth with me. ⭐Tuesdays ⭐10:15am-11:00am ⭐Horsforth (my home venue - garden)

This is my weekend breakfast treat - I love pancakes! These are not only tasty but filling and super healthy too.
