OUR PATIO IS OPEN!
if it seems like forever since you've heard from me...well, trust me, it feels like we've lived 10 years in the past 3 months. We continued to do takeout...we never stopped...we simply adapted, adjusted and kicked some butt. That's how we roll at Taverna Novo. With very short notice last week, we scampered and scrambled and were able to open our patio for al fresco dining. Be patient...it's not perfect yet. We will be purchasing a retractable awning and some additional coverage from the elements. However, in the event of VERY inclement weather, the patio tables will not be available. Let's pray for sunshine all summer...I think we've all earned it. Once we get the green light for Phase 3 reopening, we will again offer indoor dining, albeit with some new restrictions in place. It's a whole new world for everyone, but particularly for restaurants. We are updating our dine in menu and award winning wine offerings. Again, Rome was not built in a day and we do appreciate your patience. We have missed you all and hope that you have weathered this particular storm and have remained healthy and safe. Reservations are absolutely recommended...50% capacity is hardly an ideal scenario. If you are dining with children, we do ask that the reservations be made prior to 6 pm. We simply have to maximize the decreased capacity protocols, at least until the restrictions are relaxed. We encourage the responsible consumption of WINE as always! We have a new cocktail list as well and a thoughtful selection of crafts on draft.
We sure have missed all of you and look forward to seeing and celebrating with all of you again.
