When we set goals for the new year, oftentimes, they're big goals, like buying a house, applying for a new job, or starting a family. These are exciting milestones in our lives, but it's the small steps we take along the way that lead us to the big achievements.
I'm a firm believer that tending to our physical and mental-emotional health sets the stage for our big dreams to manifest. When we are in alignment with ourselves, living from our center, we become magnets for what's in our best and highest good—and sometimes what life delivers us is even more amazing than what we could have dreamed up!
Keeping that in mind, what's one small habit you'll choose to commit to as you start out the new year that will help nurture your wellbeing?
It could be creating a sleep routine that helps you feel more rested, pausing to breathe intentionally for even just a minute a few times a day, drinking more water, going for daily walks, eating more healthy, home-cooked meals, spending more time with people you love, or bringing more play and laughter into your life. (Those last two definitely can go hand in hand!)
