New website

Hemos creado una página web completamente nueva, creemos que más intuitiva y fácil de manejar. Le hemos añadido herramientas para que podáis comunicaros con nosotros de una forma más ágil y fluida. Hay apartados que tendrás que registrarte para poder ver, particularmente todo lo relativo a Juntas de Propietarios. Para poder registrarse hay que acreditar ser propietario.
 
We have a new website, we believe that is more attractive and easier to use. We have implemented some specific tools in it to make communications easier and fluid. You will have to register to access some info in it, specially any info regarding AGM's and EGM's. You could only register if you are an owner.

Les recordamos que sigue siendo obligatorio pasear a los perros con bozal y atados. Estamos recibiendo numerosas quejas de vecinos en este sentido, así como de que no se recogen los excrementos. Hay mucho descontento y hartazgo en este sentido, y apelamos al civismo de todos.
 
We remind you that is still compulsory to walk your dog on a leash and with a muzzle on. We are getting angry comments from residents on this subject, and also on the fact that many pet owners don't pick up the mess. Many people are fed up and very unhappy about this; please let's all cooperate. 

No se pueden tirar enseres en la zona de los cubos de basura. Allí mismo hay carteles que indican dónde se debe hacer, un lugar cercano fuera del complejo. Piche aquí para ver un plano de dónde se deben tirar.
 
Furniture can't be dumped where the waste bins are. There is a sign there that shows where to do it, it's a very close place outside the complex. Please click here to see where you can leave the old furniture to be collected by the Town Hall.
