Thirty years ago, Pratham Education Foundation was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: ‘Every child in school and learning well’. Over the years, we’ve grown to meet the evolving needs of India’s children, youth, and women—providing support through preschool programs, dropout interventions for women, and vocational training for youth. Today, we reach over 6 million children and young people across 25 states annually.

What does a 24-year-old dream of? A growing career, financial independence, and the chance to support her family. Nandini shared these dreams but lacked the opportunity — until she joined Pratham’s skilling course in Hospitality.
