Ericka here! Thank you for joining the Rise Up Training & Consulting community! We're thrilled to be connected and hope to provide you with relevant and effective training and consulting resources tailored for engaging Generation Z!

We are super excited to share what we have been up to and some of our hopes for the future of RUTC. It has been an incredible year - that’s right, RUTC is celebrating ONE YEAR of providing consulting and training services to our community! What started as a leap of faith has turned into deep connections and tangible outcomes for our partnering organizations.

Each month, you can look forward to seeing highlights of our meaningful work with our community partners, finding resources to help you better engage the young people in your life, upcoming events and opportunities, and SO MUCH MORE!

One key statement foundational to what we do - “There is no such thing as other people’s children.” I wish I could say I originated this thought (thank you, Bill Russell, co-founder of MENTOR) but it deeply resonates with me. I truly believe we all have a part to play in ensuring young people have WHO and WHAT they need to thrive and succeed. This collective approach, a village if you will, ensures the young people in our lives are seen, heard, and supported.

That’s why RUTC exists - we have a passion for equipping our community with resources and support geared toward serving youth and their families.

We do this in four main ways:

  • Inspiring Talks

  • Interactive Workshops

  • Effective & Collaborative Consulting

  • Relevant Resource Sharing

We invite you to visit Riseuptc.com for more information and if interested, schedule a 30-minute consultation with us!

Monthly Partner Highlight:

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado

RUTC teamed up with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado to kick off their Big Future initiative for middle and high school students. They have a BIG vision to provide relevant and engaging opportunities for mentors and mentees, geared towards:

  • Learning new life skills

  • Building a plan for a successful future

  • Developing a personal network

It is incredibly rewarding helping BBBSC develop their Big Futures Programming and we're excited about the overall impact for the youth and families they serve. If you're interested in learning more about Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado (especially if you are looking to become a future "BIG"), please check out their website.
