Spring into Action: Boosting Your Mental Health During the Season of Renewal |
|
|
Spring is an excellent time to reflect on your mental health and find ways to boost it. Spring is a season of change and growth, and we can learn a lot from the natural cycle of life. I invite you to become more aware of your feelings, allow yourself to feel, and have compassion and love for yourself. Don't be afraid of changes, but breathe to avoid feeling overwhelmed, and allow things to be as they are. Spring is a time of renewal; we can see this in the fresh sprouts and blossoming buds around us. It's a reminder that we, too, can start fresh with new habits. Perhaps you could spend more time outdoors, connect more in person with friends and family, or try journaling. Notice if your mind tends to focus on what's wrong or not working and perhaps start noticing what is good, what is going well. We are here to support you on your journey to your wholeness and wellbeing. Much love to you all. Ivette. |
