Dear All
A very happy Easter to you. We celebrate Easter with God’s message of resurrection, forgiveness and redemption. It is a reminder of new life, new hope and new beginnings.
This Easter I was struck by Bishop Kirill in Moscow saying nothing to condemn the terrible death and destruction being wrought in the Ukraine and I was struck by what a contrast he is to the Bishop Kirill in Bulgaria in the time of the Second World War. This brave bishop walked to the front of the train transporting thousands of Jews to death camps and threatened to lie down on the tracks if the train moved.
As a result he succeeded in saving the Jews of Bulgaria so that Bulgaria was the only country in Nazi Europe that ended up with more Jews at the end of the war than at the beginning of it.
He was prepared to follow our Lord by laying down his own life for the lives of others.
May the message of Easter in John 3:16 be very meaningful to you:
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
This year we are celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Mike Campbell Foundation. Thank you all so much for your continuing support in what we are doing together to bring new life, new hope and new beginnings in Zimbabwe.

The situation in Zimbabwe continues to be of grave concern but there has been little in the news because, during the Covid period, international journalists have been unable to travel to the country.
We would be most grateful if you would send a letter to your MP expressing your concern about the ongoing crisis. To download a copy of our suggested letter, click here.
We wish you all a very blessed Easter.
