ILAC Dues

Starting August 2022, to be an Active ILAC Member, yearly or monthly amounts are to be paid by each ILAC Member. Benefits to being an ILAC Member include but are not limited to: 

Unlimited access to:

● Networking within ILAC community

● Borrowing from Lending Library

FREE access to:

● Workshops

● Training & More!

Active ILAC members (paid dues) will also have priority to paid opportunities including but not limited to:

Marketing Officer

 

Have frontline access to ILAC's social media platforms!

  • Develop, Execute, & Manage Marketing Strategy, Goals, & Content to effectively promote the ILAC and operations

  • Conduct regular Marketing Team meetings, Oversee creative team members, Manage communication between Operations, Administration, Finance, and Marketing Teams, 

  • Attend Chiefs Meeting & Report updates to Chief Executive Officer

Estimated Hours Per Week:  2-4  hours  (time commitment will vary per person)

Chief Administration Officer

 

This role is designed for highly organized individuals who like working behind the scenes!

  • Attend Chiefs Meeting & Report updates to Chief Executive Officer

  • Develop and Execute Administration Strategy 

  • Manage onboarding of new leadership team members 

  • Oversee Recruitment Team 

  • Conduct regular Administration Team meetings

Estimated Hours Per Week:  2-4  hours  (time commitment will vary per person)

Test Prep Director

 

Develop MCAT & GRE prep curriculum for ILAC's Test Prep pilot program. To launch in 2022.

 

  • Recruit Alumni to lead sessions
  • ILAC Test Prep to tentatively run May - August 

  • Promote initiative and register students

Estimated Hours Per Week:  2 - 3 Hours (more time expected in the weeks leading up to lending periods)

Creative Team Member:

 

Do you have prior graphic design experience OR are eager to learn, are creative and wish to further explore your artistic style, pay attention to detail, work well with little direction in a short term (3 - 6 months) position.

  • Create digital content for the ILAC Operations

  • Meet deadlines

  • Report updates to the Chief Marketing Officer

 

 

Estimated Hours Per Week:  1-2 Hours (time commitment will vary per person)

Writing Team Member:

 

​You: are creative, love to read & write, find inspiration from various sources, pay attention to detail, work well with others, eager to share, and wish to further explore/ expand your writing skills/portfolio in a short term (3 - 6 months) position.

  • Write insightful, fun, & relevant content 

  • Meet deadlines

  • Report updates to Chief Editor

Estimated Hours Per Week:  1-2 Hours (time commitment will vary per person)

Recruitment Team Member:

 

You: are enthusiastic, pay attention to detail, work well with others, eager to learn, creative, and wish to further explore your networking skills in a short term (3 - 6 months) position.

  • Recruit ILAC members actively, Track membership & Generate recruitment monthly reports

  • Meet goals & Report updates to Recruitment Team Lead

ILAC CEO 2021-‘22

 The IINSPIRE-LSAMP Alumni Committee (ILAC) unites IINSPIRE alumni to facilitate a successful undergraduate career for current Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) undergraduate students in STEM by providing academic, financial, and professional assistance.
