SEARCH HOMES     ABOUT BEND      MARKET STATS     BACHELOR WEBCAM

Home sales are down, new listings are down, inventory levels are down and prices are still on the up and up! Typically this time of year, things slow down a bit and Bend real estate sales drop. While our lack of inventory is still impacting prices, I am starting to notice sellers are more open to negotiations with counter offers and home repairs. That being said, If you are shopping in the lower end and trying to break into the market in the 600k and under range in Bend, it is still very competitive and homes are usually selling in less than a week if they are desirable. The market is ever-changing and still past paced so lean on me for advice and don't let the headlines mislead you. If your curious on anything or just want to chat, give me a ring!    - Greg
