Join us for a screening of the HBO documentary King In The Wilderness by Peter Kunhardt as we celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday in January, 2023. King’s leadership is now considered to be the stuff of legend. The film reveals a conflicted leader who faced an onslaught of criticism from both sides of the political spectrum. Dr. King’s fervent belief in peaceful protest became a testing point for a nation on the brink of chaos.
