Why? Women come with many different needs so the funds raised from our auction will cover an array of personal items for the survivors at Pathfinder Center such as; eyeglasses, clothing, shoes, Identification cards, driver’s licenses, birth certificates, rent, and deposits for housing, or assisting a survivor with covering up the tattoo that her trafficker made her get - “tattoo-trauma.” What we know: Traffickers tattoo their victims to brand them as property which may indicate their status to other traffickers. Tattoos may also signal how much they are sold for. Common areas where tattoos are placed on the victim’s body are the neck, arm, and above the groin. Much of the time the victim isn’t aware of what the tattoo means and agrees to what the “boyfriend” wants. So, if you know of any professional tattoo artist who is willing to donate their time to helping a survivor cover up their tattoo-trauma, please get in touch with us through email at thepathfindercenter@gmail.com |

In December we set up a booth at the Annual Lakota Nation Invitational in Rapid City, SD for four days. We had tons of people stop by and pick up information and talk to us. We also sold raffle tickets for another baby Yoda cup. The winner of the Baby Yoda cup was Lenny Hayes. Congratulations, Lenny! |
