Assessment Invoices Mailed Invoices for the Assessment have been mailed out. If you did not receive your invoice, please contact the office at (724) 738-0402. The assessment is being billed on four separate invoices. The invoices are due June 30, 2023, September 30, 2023, December 31, 2023, and March 31, 2024, respectively. If any invoice is not paid by the due date, a penalty will be applied. The member has the option of paying $300 quarterly by the invoice due date, paying monthly such that $300 is received by the invoice due date or paying in full at any time. To establish a monthly schedule, it is suggested the first monthly payment be submitted by April 30. The monthly schedule results in a payment of $100 per month for twelve months. Credit card payments will be accepted by calling the office at (724) 738-0402 during normal business hours. There will be an additional 3% service charge applied to the payment for processing. The assessment design anticipates every member taking advantage of the quarterly payment schedule, but as previously mentioned, the project schedule and payment schedule are such that the Association may have to draw against a line of credit to meet cash flow requirements. However, the requirement to use the line of credit will be reduced if members make their payment as early as possible. Any payment received prior to the due date will reduce the use of the line of credit. Oops: A typo appears on the statement in that the due date year for the first three invoices is 2022. It should be 2023. The due dates listed in the Overview of June 30, 2023, September 30, 2023, December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2024 are the correct dates. A sample of the invoice packet can be displayed below. |

Ponds have been stocked for the event, so no fishing in the 2 stocked ponds until Saturday's event. Don’t know to fish or have the gear? No worries me or one of my many helpers will help your kid land there first fish. We will have a few extra rods on hand to borrow and also have bait on hand for them to use as well. Please NO TREBLE HOOKS (except on joe flies, rooster tails and other swim lures) this mean no treble hooks to be used with power bait or other things used to catch fish on the bottom. 1200 trout were delivered, so can’t wait to see everyone this year. |

Slippery Rock Volunteer Fire Company Emergencies in the park don't happen that often, but when they do, our local volunteer fire company is always there. Since they are a volunteer organization, you're support would be greatly appreciated. One way to support them is to sign up for their 2023 EMS Subscription Drive. Click below to visit their site and get a copy of the application form. Even if you don't join, how about at least completing the medical form and putting it on your refrigerator? Just in case... |

Criminal Check for Volunteers The Association has a policy whereby each volunteer who is involved with children must complete the Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Check for Volunteers. There is no charge for this process. For further instructions on completing the form, click below. |

Keep In Touch The Association makes every effort to keep you informed. The office sends emails and voicemails periodically to announce time-sentive information. Email blasts, like this one, are generated to give you updates on what's going on, and there is also a Facebook page maintained as just another alternative to keep you in the loop. As a Members Only subscriber on the website, you have access to Association information including Board meeting minutes, financials and other items related to Association management. So if your neighbor is getting notices that you are not, then chances are the information we have on file is not accurate. If you'd like us to check your information, please submit your current information through the Contact Us page on the website with a note to confirm contact information. Be sure to include your lot number. |

You can also upload pictures or supporting documents as well. To see how it works, click here. This feature requires access to the Members Only section of the website. |
