BBARWA was notified that the Project has been selected to submit an application for the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan, and an MOU to cost-share additional environmental work to address the potential impacts to the Unarmored Threespined Stickleback fish is being developed and will provide for the cost sharing of such services among BBARWA, CSD, and DWP.
Where can I find updated information on the Project?
On September 28, 2022, a presentation was made to BBARWA's Governing Board. The information presented in the PowerPoint link below is preliminary and will change due to the status of the Project. The Project will need to go through piloting and preliminary/final design phases. As we move through these phases, the Project will become more refined and the costs more certain. Throughout this process, the public's input and patience are highly valued.
