All year long, we are fed these contradictions as the norm by the media, making it impossible ever to reach true harmony within ourselves. I want to take this time to remind you that you can opt-out and choose what will work for you. Russia translates as "Give me health, and we'll buy the rest." How much wisdom is in these sayings!? When we are born, we are given the perfect bodies that are already equipped with all the systems, mechanisms, and algorithms to support us to make our lives easier, happier, and most productive in whatever we decide to do. But during the course of our lives, we are gradually diminishing our health by living more and more sedentary lives, using all the conveniences that technical progress offers us. Beautiful and very manipulative marketing campaigns for food products that damage our bodies, constant entertainment from every device…As a result, we now have so many lifestyle diseases in our society! We must stop this process. We want our kids to live longer than our parents and be happy. And to make it happen, we need to start with ourselves. Let's activate our health: - Move more.
- Eat less processed food.
- Drink more water.
- Be more into nature.
- Become excellent friends with our pillows.
- Replace computer time with bedtime.
When we change, we will show our kids a different way of living to activate their health as well. Cheers! Na Zdorovie! |
