Discover what your body needs. |

We are dedicated to offering our patients the most advanced and effective methods for achieving optimal health and wellness, so we are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of a new service: bioenergetic testing, available for booking in July. Christine Pellegrino and Dr. Diana Silverman have completed an online training course, followed by a comprehensive four-day, in-person training in Salt Lake City, Utah, to become certified in the QEST4 system of bioenergetic testing. They will be on-boarding some of our practitioners throughout the roll-out of this unique and powerful wellness modality to ensure there is availability and support to patients as they choose to discover the vast possibilities behind bioenergetic testing. We consider the QEST4 bioenergetic feedback testing system to be one of the most valuable tools in our arsenal. This state-of-the-art technology is an invaluable asset in our holistic approach to healthcare, providing unparalleled insights into the body’s energetic imbalances and guiding our personalized treatment plans. QEST4 bioenergetic feedback testing stands out for its ability to quickly and accurately assess the body's energy fields, identifying stressors and underlying issues that may not be apparent through traditional diagnostic methods. By analyzing the body's response to various stimuli, QEST4 helps us pinpoint specific areas of concern, whether they relate to nutritional deficiencies, environmental sensitivities, or emotional stressors. The real-time feedback provided by QEST4 empowers us to tailor our therapies with precision, ensuring that each patient receives the most appropriate and effective interventions, including, but certainly not limited to, supplement regimen support and bioenergetic remedies (in the form of a liquid medium. This personalized, non-invasive approach not only enhances the effectiveness of our treatments, but also fosters a deeper understanding and connection between our practitioners and patients. As the QEST4 system relies on skin response testing (simply holding two metal electrodes in your hands is all it takes) it is a safe and comfortable option for patients of all ages. It integrates seamlessly with our comprehensive range of services, from naturopathy and acupuncture to nutritional counseling and energy healing, supporting our mission to treat the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Diana Silverman says “The Qest4 bioenergetic feedback testing system is a cornerstone of our practice. It exemplifies our commitment to using cutting-edge technology to deliver holistic, individualized care that helps our patients achieve lasting health and well-being.” Scheduling will begin in July for this service! Stay tuned for more details! |

Supporting one of our own. |

As a close-knit community, we often come together to support one another in times of need. We invite you to join us in honoring the memory of Tara Shelton's beloved mother, Donna, who recently passed away suddenly from a heart attack. Donna bravely battled with a clotting disorder known as immune or idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) for many years. This autoimmune condition causes the body to attack its platelets, resulting in an increased risk of bleeding and other cardiovascular complications. Tara's mother required numerous blood transfusions and infusions over the years. If not for people donating their blood, Tara would not have had as many wonderful years with her "mama" as she did. In remembrance of her vibrant spirit and the love she shared with her family and friends, we are organizing a tribute blood drive to give back to our community and make a positive impact in her honor. Please RSVP to donate using the link below and help us make this tribute blood drive a meaningful and impactful event. Even if you are unable to donate blood, your support in spreading the word and encouraging others to participate is greatly appreciated. Let us come together as a community to honor Tara's mother's memory and make a difference in the lives of others. Thank you for your compassion and generosity. Date: Saturday, August 31 Time: 9:30AM-1:30PM Location: Hyde Park Elementary School 4327 Albany Post Rd, Hyde Park, NY YOU MUST schedule a time with the Red Cross through the link below. Put in zip code 12538, and scroll to August 31, 2024, Hyde Park Elementary School. That is the Tribute Blood Drive for Tara's mom. Click on the time that you want, and follow the prompts. Stay tuned for more details about this event. You can visit our website's event page to learn more and RSVP. Thank you for your compassion and generosity. |

What people are saying. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ |

THANK YOU to everyone who brought us to over 200 5-star reviews since our May newsletter went out. We APPRECIATE YOU all so much!! "I had a pinched nerve and started off at the chiropractor and had no relief whatsoever. I decided to try Pellegrino and I’m so glad I did. Kathy (Catherine) was my acupuncturist and when I walked into that office or should I say hobbled in because I could barely walk, that after three sessions, I was 90% pain-free. The professionalism the cleanliness was amazing. The team there were so nice and helpful with me because of my lack of movement I was unable to do some things for myself. Kathy literally got me walking again and pain-free." ~Michele E. "We needed a place in our home town as good as Pellegrino… where you can go and forget the world. I got an amazing massage from Chelsea and it was great how professional she was and she didn’t talk through the whole massage, only asking if I was ok with the pressure. I love this place, everyone is nice and happy to see you and their services and staff are top notch!" ~Susan A. “Beth is the best! As a fellow Reiki master, I love her energy, technique and customized session each time I see her. Love her.” ~Valerie K. ”From the minute I walked in I felt at peace and then I had a one hour Swedish massage with Mary. I have never felt so relaxed as I did when I walked out of the room, Mary is fantastic!!!! Can’t wait to go back.” ~Kathy S. |
