Happy Day, my friends!!!
And indeed, it is a happy day! September has arrived, ushering in the end of summer and the promise of cool, crisp mornings just around the corner. The time for outdoor walks in the park, leisurely bike rides, picnics, and gatherings is merely a few weeks away. Without a doubt, Fall and Spring are my favorite seasons of the year.
Although today is September 2nd, this newsletter edition recaps the events of August. During August, we published two blog posts, both of which continue the themes from July. I'm thrilled to announce that WellBeing w/Coach Edna is now offering personal fitness training as a service. This addition comes in response to requests from community members and clients, motivating me to undergo training myself. After months of studying and delving into the intricacies of our remarkable bodies—how they function and how we can maintain them in peak condition—I achieved NASM Certified Personal Trainer status during the last week of August. The website will be updated in September to reflect this new service.
