Do you know of a Newcomer that would benefit from help in obtaining employment? If so, the following message provides information on assistance that is available through Being Human Services, at no cost.

The WIN program (Workplace Integration for Newcomers) will be starting the next session on July 5. Intakes are taking place now. These comprehensive employment services are available to Newcomers, both Permanent Residents and Naturalized Canadian Citizens. Those with lower language levels (CLB 3-5) have precedence to the available seats, however, other factors may allow for eligibility for those with higher language levels. 

This program is part-time, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, and can work well with LiNC classes at Saamis Immigration Services, or morning ESL classes at the College. 

Individuals interested in the program, can call our office directly at (403) 580-3338. Referral sources can also call us on behalf of individuals. Intake appointments will be promptly booked.
