WINTER: ANOTHER REASON TO STAY IN |
|
|
"If we had no winter, spring would not be so pleasant." With winter here we have just another reason to stay indoors. But just as we will appreciate the arrival of spring, we will also appreciate the world outside when we will be able to connect as a community. This month's newsletter contains the announcement of the MYCincinnati Annual Giving Campaign, a DOTE community survey, an invitation to tour our new home ARCO, and thank you's to those who have helped us financially this season to continue our mission. |

Homesteading Comes to LPH The exterior repairs are complete at 2605 Ring Place. The next phase will include interior repairs and stabilization of the front porch. This will be a Homesteading house with 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a private wooded back yard. Other Homesteading properties under development are 1342 Manss Avenue which was purchased in December and needs minimal repairs. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath built in 1878 with a huge yard for a family. We have also sketched plans for 658-660 State Avenue, a combined townhouse property that will feature 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths and will be our first Homesteading property in Lower Price Hill just down the street from Meiser's Market. |

More Methods to Music Wow I can’t believe we are here already a month into 2021! Our students hit the ground running and are hard at work. It’s been a tough year, but our Teaching Artists are on fire not only teaching music, but also supporting students through these challenging times. As a staff we are continuing to nurture students through the process working towards goals, practices and strategies that help us grow. We are also having tons of fun while we do it, through lots of games, and by creating collaborative curriculums with students and parents. |

MYCincinnati Annual Giving Campaign Please help MYCincinnati continue to be a positive presence in the lives of our students during this crisis. Make a gift now and consider becoming a monthly sustaining donor. We are proud of our students and staff for these and other accomplishments and we are awed by the incredible community we have built, a community that has met every crisis with strength and commitment to our shared values. Every dollar directly impacts our 115 students and their families, creating a powerful ripple effect through our community. We need your support to keep MYCincinnati healthy, strong, and free for Price Hill families. To make a gift, please visit mycincinnati.org/give. Thank you for believing in young people, in MYCincinnati, and in the transformative power of music. We are going strong in year 10, thanks to your support and commitment to the MYCincinnati community. |
