Gin school and cellar door updates...
We've been blown away by the amount of inquiries we've had about when we might be able to reopen Gin School and the Cellar Door. At this stage, we're planning to reopen the Cellar Door for tastings and bottle sales in July. We'll be posting more details about our new Cellar Door hours and facilities on our Insta account and website over the next few weeks, so please keep an eye on those if you're interested in coming to visit us.
Unfortunately, the current COVID restrictions, in particular the 4 square metre rule, mean that Gin School is going to have to remain closed for a while longer. We had hoped we might have been able to reopen for single group bookings of family, friends or workmates, but unfortunately that's not possible at the moment. It's a bit of a blow, but as soon as we can have you back in the classroom, we'll let you know. Again, keep an eye on our Insta account and website for all the latest updates.
There's no doubt that 2020 has been a rollercoaster year here at the farm. Between fires and COVID we've only been able to open our doors for two weeks this year, which isn't quite what we had planned. In that context, we want to thank each of you for your ongoing support of our micro-distillery as we all attempt to safely navigate our way through this new reality.
