Our sessions are for individuals, families, and groups of all ages beginning this fall during the first week of October.
About our Fall Groups and Classes:
We are offering group art therapy and art classes starting in October. Spaces are limited to 6 adults or children in our small groups which are filling up already! Groups run for 6 weeks. We also have single-session workshops. There is something for everyone! We can create a group or class just for you if you don't yet see something that fits. We'd love to hear your ideas! Talk to us! Individual Art Therapy Sessions - In-Person and Online
If talk therapy/psychology has not been quite the right fit for you or your child, art therapy may be a supportive change. Art therapy can help those who find it difficult to express themselves with words through the exploration of thoughts and emotions using creative materials and mark-making. You do not need to be artistic or have experience with art to benefit from art therapy. We offer individual art psychotherapy appointments with our professional and student art therapists for children and adults to help you manage issues like anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, trauma, and other challenging life changes and events.

Please ask about our sliding scale prices between $10 to $100 per session, as we do not want finances to be a barrier to providing you with support. We offer sessions both online and in person at our studio and cozy counseling room for children, adolescents, adults, and families. More about art therapy from the Canadian Association of Art Therapy (CATA) All our art therapists and students are members in good standing with CATA.

To find us, look for Cornerstone Music Café in Deer Run SE, Calgary, beside the No Frills grocery store. Our studio is inside the café at the back corner beyond the serving counter.
