Information packs will be emailed out to all passes holders on or before 25th August. Please keep an eye on your spam mail! Packs will contain everything you need to know to have a smooth and enjoyable experience with us. Please read these carefully. If you have a question for us and it's already been covered in the pack, we will simply respond with ' I don't know nothing' in Hoggle's voice! ;)
