Dear Round-Up Readers, This week got off to a great start! On Monday I had the opportunity to speak to 40+ female GMs in Marriott's Women's Ambassador Network in Asia. Drawing from my interviews and research, I shared key trends and learnings from over 300 hertelier articles, and it was a fantastic session. I even heard from participants from as far away as Australia! If you would be interested in having me speak to your company, just reply to this email. Then I got the nasty flu that has been going around and the rest of the week was, well...rest. Luckily I am feeling better now. This will be my last Round-Up for 2022. As we end the year, just want to say THANK YOU! Thanks for reading, liking, sharing, and being a part of the hertelier community. Wishing you and yours health, happiness, and time with the people you love this holiday season!! If you are working, hope all goes well and you get a nice break in January.
