The wait is over

Hey, there! It's Adriele 👋🏾

First, I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported my entrepreneurial journey over the past 2.5 (almost 3 *gasp* 😱 years). While overall this has been an incredible journey, it's not always sugar and spice and everything nice.

Some days (hell, some weeks and even months) have BROKEN me 😫.

And I've most certainly had more "wtf am I even doing?!" moments than I can even keep track of at this point. But the good certainly outweighs the bad.

In the words of Maya Angelou 🕊: "But still, like air, I'll rise."

If you're receiving this email, it's likely that you're already familiar with me and what I'm about. And you probably know that (in this given moment) I'm focused on two things:

1.) Helping leaders, teams, and organizations improve cultural competence, identify & disrupt systemic barriers, and build more equitable & inclusive spaces for all.

You know, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

and

2.) Helping other Black Women identify their passion(s) and leverage their greatness to thrive as they see fit. I'm all about collaborative coaching.

I've been creating content, developing e-courses (like this one which is currently 25% off using code BACKTOSCHOOL), sharing free resources, and working with more and more clients.

I know you've been waiting for updates so here we are!

Thanks so much for rocking with me 🙌🏾.

Check out what I have going on below 👇🏾

Don't hesitate to drop me a line if you'd like to connect.

And of course if you're not feeling this (I know there are already a gazillion newsletters in your inbox), please don't hesitate to unsubscribe below.

I promise I won't take it personal 🤷🏾‍♀️.
