"Fully grieve your losses, and also, let yourself feel the full weight of your joys." -Morgan Harper Nichols Last month, my family celebrated the lives of two amazing loved ones who passed within eight days of each other. My 93-year-old grandmother, who lived a beautiful and full life, though losing her, was still very hard, and my 19-year-old nephew, whose passing was tragically unexpected, and our hearts continue to ache and mourn each and every day. The initial grief seemed insurmountable and still weighs very heavily on my heart. I learned so much about grief in the past month, and one of the biggest lessons I learned was to "lean in." When I leaned into my grief, I felt the emotions at their most raw point, but in the process, the more I leaned into those emotions, the more I was able to honor those we lost. In each tear and each memory, I leaned into the infinite love I held for my grandmother and nephew, giving more space to hold a tribute to their lives. My family is already incredibly close, but as we leaned into grief together, we became even more solidified in compassion, sacrifice, support, and love. Regardless of what hardships you may be experiencing, lean into those large emotions to understand them more. Embrace the uncertainty for clarity, hold space for the heartache to find the healing, and cling on to the hope that each emotion we move through and lean into will always be temporary. You are so very loved, my friend, keep moving forward in your beautiful montages of life. You got this, and I got you. XO, Rebekah |

Chocolate Protein Creami Recipe |
Who doesn’t love the rich, creamy taste of chocolate ice cream? This three-ingredient Chocolate Protein Creami was one of the most requested recipes in my stories a couple of weeks ago, and now, here it is! Chocolate Protein Creami 🍦 Makes 2 servings. Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups Fairlife Chocolate Milk 25g Nuzest Clean Lean Protein 1 tablespoon Instant Vanilla Pudding Powder
Instructions: - Pour 1 1/2 cups of chocolate milk into your Creami bowl, reserving 1/4 cup for later. - Add the Nuzest protein powder and pudding powder to the bowl, then whisk blend the ingredients together. - Place the lid on your bowl and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. - Once frozen, remove the bowl from the freezer, add 2 more tablespoons of the reserved chocolate milk, and place it on the machine, selecting the “Lite Ice Cream” setting. - I recommend re-spinning at least once to achieve the creaminess I love. Each re-spin may require a splash of chocolate milk. - For an added bonus, mix in some dark chocolate chips.
