We're excited to announce that the farm season will be kicking off at Reed's with our Earth Day Celebration next Saturday, April 22nd from 9am-3pm!

The event is in collaboration with local farms and vendors including Potato Homestead, Faith Flower Farm, Thin Place Farm, Featherbed Farm, Just Be Farm, ‘Āina the Zero Waste Shop, and Misty Meadows Sheep Dairy who will be here with baby animals!

Come by to talk about herbs and shop fresh herbal-line products with our resident herbalist, Leah Martin. Chat about plants and shop our seedling sale with our head farmer, Kacie Griffin. And discuss seeds and partake in a seed swap with our Peace & Unity Garden founder, Damon Smith.

The day will also include:

Fresh produce + grab & go farm to table items

Botanical crafts handmade by our programming participants

Eco-dyed & cyanotype apparel + in-house screen-printed tees

Mark your calendars!

Something for the kids! Our Earth Day Celebration will also feature the first installment of Reed's Reads, an earth-focused story time led by a member of our kitchen team. It's sure to be both educational and engaging for all ages but is geared toward 0-8 year-olds.

Story time will take place at 10am on the lawn in front of the greenhouses, under the big green umbrella. Feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chair to make yourselves comfortable. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Reed's Reads will take place weather permitting so fingers crossed for good weather!

Extended hours are coming!

Beginning May 4th, we'll be offering some additional market & animal sanctuary hours for the season.

April's hours:

Friday-Sunday, 9am-3pm

Summer Season hours (beginning in May):
