Happy New Year everyone! We are off to a great start with some new projects!

Bidwell Project

We are beginning a large window restoring job on a three story home. We have removed 13 storm windows as well as 14 wood double hung sash from 7 windows. We will be restoring those 7 pairs of original sashes and fabricating 6 brand new fabricated sash to match the existing. 

To restore these old sashes, we removed them entirely from the home, and brought them into our shop to strip the wood of any paint or stain so that we can restore it back to what it used to look like. 

We re-stain or paint the windows, depending on what our client wants.

Opera House

For the Opera House, we are rebuilding 53 sashes in a traditional design to maintain the integrity of this historic building.  All of the new sashes will be fabricated from select grade Eastern White Pine with clear laminated glass.  Existing window hardware will be removed from the original windows, cleaned and reinstalled. 

Elmwood Project

We have removed all the old aluminum triple track storm windows from this home and installed custom made wood storm windows.  Although wood storm windows to require maintenance, the look of the home is complete.  Up next for this beauty, we are restoring the front door and adding a glass panel.
