Through breath, movement, and the guidance of our intentions we will share a practice and learn to build our personal practices at home. Grab a mat or a towel and join us for some virtual self care!

This yoga flow includes modifications to accommodate anyone along their yoga journey. We will start with restorative poses and breathing exercises, working our way up as we get warmed up into moderate poses combining breath and movement. This time is for YOU! Whether you're looking to increase strength, flexibility, or need a safe space to feel grounded, there will be something built in this practice for you.
