Tickets purchased from GiftRapt Te Puke will be refunded when the ticket is returned to the store. Tickets purchased on line via Events Pronto will be refunded (less CC charges) if you email tepukerep01@gmail.com including a copy of your ticket confirmation. Please be patient as the process may take some time.
Should you wish to donate your ticket proceeds to the Theatre we are happy to issue you with a donation receipt if requested.
