Welcome to my new Newsletter ! A dear friend of mine, who passed away a few years ago, lovingly called me Galactic Toning Chick, which I found amusing. In honour of her and because it's quite accurate in description, I have called my newsletter such !

Hello, I am Nadine from Homelight Healing, based out of Sedona, AZ. In a world full of a lot of online noise, I'm finding myself less interested in interacting on social media. It feels more meaningful to share news and events with you personally through this medium. I promise to only send you newsletters bi-weekly at most, where you can expect to be kept up to date with my latest events and experiences or activations you may be interested in. I will also be sharing more deeply some of my musings and insights into this human experience that I hope you'll find helpful, as well as overall themes I'm tapping into for the collective. Maybe it will help see things from a new perspective. Lifestyle tips for greater well-being are inherent to my offerings so expect a few of those here and there too !

What We’re Up To

July starts off with a Bang ! The 4th initiates my new and free You Tube Live monthly activations for the global community. I'm really excited to start sharing these transmissions with you. Each month will channel a new theme most relevant to the Highest Timelines and Needs of the Global Community. Rightly so, this first activation will be focused on the next level Freedom Codes. We have been activating these latent DNA codes for a few years now, but this transmission will activate the newest level of codes. These will help us free ourselves from outdated ways of thinking and being, trapped in fear that are holding us back from our highest potentials.  I leave you with a thought of mindfulness. The world is changing fast, we are evolving at increased speeds bringing about a new set of opportunities for us. We are being urged strongly to pay attention and to be more and more Present and Aware. The habits, programs, belief systems and ways to numb ourselves out are catching up with us like never before. Many people are being 'forced' into taking a deeper look at the ways that no longer work. We are at a point of evolution where this is no longer a soft reminder from the Universe, but quite a strong wake up call to slow down and be extra mindful that you are living your life in resonance and alignment. We are being asked to pay extra attention that how we act and speak is also in alignment with how we truly feel inside. Many people are being 'torn apart' in order to be 'put back together' at a new resonance and this is happening in more extreme ways than ever. So please, I invite and encourage you to slow down, be mindful of your steps, your movements, your intentions and your every day comings and goings.
