Let Us Not Forget

We are here to live, share, create and evolve together on this planet.

What story are we going to live? There are two options:

The Story of Separation

The Story of Connection

“The world as we know it is built on a story. To be a change agent is, first, to disrupt the Existing Story of the World (Separation), and second, to tell a New Story of the World (Connection) so that those entering the space between stories have a place to go.”

“The most direct way to disrupt the Story of Separation at its foundation is to give someone an experience of nonseparation. An act of generosity, forgiveness, attention, truth, or unconditional acceptance offers a counterexample to the worldview of separation.”

- Charles Eisenstein from his book The More Beautiful World Our Hearts Know Is Possible

Hydrosol Distillation Workshop

Sunday, June 12th

11am - 1pm

Located at Our Global Family Farm

Come explore this emerging area of aromatherapy in which we learn about the therapeutic healing and cosmetic properties of hydrosols, as well as how to distill them. These water-based plant medicines are said to yield the "soul" of the plant. We will walk through a hydrosol distillation process on-site using a traditional copper still that is suitable for use on a stove top and using plants grown at Our Global Family Farm.  Jean Johnson has been distilling plant hydrosols for over 15 years and finds them to have properties that synergistically combine the benefits of essential oils and teas, in a gentle format that is suitable for almost everyone.

Each attendee will also receive a bottle of hydrosol to take home.
