Visit PMT's Table on 3/21/24: CMS welcomes families to participate in their Resource Fair to support individuals with disabilities in the areas of post-secondary transition, community and daily living, social/recreation, and advocacy. The event will be at East Mecklenburg High School - Cafeteria, 6800 Monroe Road. |
