Game Night Saturday October 7, 5:30 pm Come join us for a night of fun with board games, cards, dominoes, etc. You can learn how to play a new game or bring one of your favorites and teach others. All ages welcome. Held at the church fellowship hall. |

Back to School Carnival O'Henry Elementary School Friday October 27 Grace Redeemer will purchase: 100 hot dogs and buns 200 paper trays for hot dogs and nachos 3 cans of cheese 1 can chili 3 boxes of tortilla chips 200 napkins Soda drinks/water sold at concession The church will bring: Cooker/foil 2-4 industrial extension cords 3 heavy duty power strips We will need help with: 3-4 crockpots (lent by members) 8 servers 5:30 to 7:30pm The donations needed from our members: Candy, 2L soda bottles (need lots), gift cards ($20-25), sweets for Sweet walk, baskets to be auctioned off. Christmas Cantata If you are interested in being a part of the Christmas Cantata it is not too late to join us in preparing this work called "Living Hope" The presentation will be the 2nd Sunday of Advent. Another group that is looking to add is the GRCC Men's Ensemble. If you would like to join this group, we would love to have any men interested. We sing not only at GRCC but for other functions. We will be going to the Heart Hospital this year to share and minister in song. If you are interested, please contact Cherry Hanes Worship Director at GRCC. Food Drive Wednesday October 11, 10 am We are collecting food for each month for local food banks. Bob will be collecting the donations Wednesday and delivering them to the food bank. |

Women of Grace Bible Studies The Women’s Tuesday Morning Bible Study will continue studying to Psalms. We will be using the Life Change study guide on Psalms for the fall semester. It is a Navpress Bible Study and is available on Amazon. So come with your book and join us for a wonderful study. The Women's Afternoon Bible Study continues studying at 1:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at the Church. We will be looking a little deeper into some of Jesus' parables. We would love to have you join us, every week or whenever you can come! Worship Team VOLUNTEERS NEEDED The Audio/visual Worship Ministry is in need of Volunteers. We need volunteers on Sundays to run the Slides during rehearsal and the Sunday Morning Worship services. We are also in need of volunteers to help with the Sound and Live Facebook streaming. If you have a heart for the sound or visual to be excellent for the King of Kings and used as an evangelistic tool for the Kingdom of God. Small Group Opportunity During the Spring & Summer of 2019, GRCC members & visitors were invited to join one of our small groups as a new ministry opportunity. We have established three fellowship groups which generally met twice each month in homes in the North Dallas, Garland and Richardson areas. We enjoyed fellowship that promoted sharing of our needs, experiences, praying for one another and often the discussion of God’s Word together. Type in your email address as it is in the church directory The enter the password you want to use. You will have to enter it twice. You should now be able to view the directory.
