MARKETING
More recently, we have engaged the services of Plushplans who have produced a short marketing video and 360 marketing plan for a visual tour of Kirkhill House. This is in place to allow potential enquiries an opportunity to look at the move around the building and see the interior and the quality of the refurbished first-floor offices. We are hopeful that this will attract new interest and as such we can then consider that as a new way of marketing office suites but also the office locations as well. These will also be linked to Google maps. We undernote the links and hope that you will take a moment to view them and that you will find the content to be of interest.

With the main board signage being completed at Kirkhill, there is an opportunity for advertising. These digital signs were put in place not only to set out where the buildings and companies are but also to allow you the opportunity to advertise your company to a wider audience of both occupiers and customers coming on site. Should you wish to advertise then please contact us and we can discuss the format and nominal fees for the advertising space being provided.
SUBSTATION REPLACEMENT
Scottish Power has been in touch with us as regards the replacement of the substation on land that bounds onto the site opposite the former farm. There is a statutory obligation on them to replace this facility and as such we have been in touch on the programme of works. We are awaiting the final outcome which may involve some temporary power source at Kirkhill and of course we will keep in touch as we are aware of more information.
BINS
The bins at Kirkhill have become a source of concern as regards the materials placed in the bins and the correct refuse and recycling going into the correct bins. We have placed new signs on the bins and must ask that only refuse and recycling that is generated at Kirkhill goes into the bins. Anything else must be taken (by appointment) to the local council refuse facility. There are 2 main bins for black bag general rubbish and 3 bins that are for recycling materials only. Your co-operation and assistance in dismantling refuse before placing it in hoppers would be appreciated. At Clarkston, we have plans to provide additional bin(s) and to have this area made more user friendly and secure.
