Our last GMM is next Thursday! At least one member from each cooperative family is required to be in attendance. It will take place in the parking lot pending weather. Please bring a chair to sit on.

Spring School Photos

We will be doing Spring Photos the week of April 10-14 (next week!) during your child's normally scheduled classroom time. Each family will be receiving their scheduled school picture day by the EOD on Friday.

These photos will be unique, because these will be Personality Portraits of the students. Kelsey will capture a couple headshots of each child and all the images will be in a classic black & white style in front of a white backdrop. The kids will be encouraged to smile, laugh, and make silly faces. This could be fun to practice at home beforehand!

Each family will get a private online gallery where they can view their images and make their photo selections. You'll be able to purchase digital images for download and printed photo packages directly through your online gallery.

Teacher Appreciation

Please remember to fill out the “top secret” Teacher appreciation forms (preschool-2 forms, toddlers-1 form) they are on top of the cubbies in the hallway. One folder has the forms, and the other folder is for the completed forms.

DCP Community Day - May 6, 9am-12pm

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the raffle baskets! DCP is so inspired by the support we've received both from our cooperative members and from local businesses in the community.

Raffle tickets (for a chance to win the individual baskets) will be available to purchase ahead of the event via the school store as well as during the event on May 6th. The cost is $1 per ticket.

All of the proceeds from the raffle baskets, rummage sale, and bake sale will go directly to our school to enhance the environments and experiences for our children. This past year, DCP has been able to fund some wonderful field trip and social events for our families and our hope is to raise plenty of funds to support next year's committee endeavors. Additionally, DCP is eager to upgrade Ms. Mary's dramatic play kitchen area and we're hoping to invest in some meaningful literacy purchases for the students in Ms. Sarah and Ms. Mindy's class.

All that to say, there are so many ways that our cooperative could use your help!

--Purchase raffle basket tickets (https://www.dcpkids.com/shop)

--Donate your new/gently loved items to the rummage sale (Donation Form)

--Bake something to sell at the bake sale (Donation Form)

--Volunteer at the Community Day Event itself (Volunteer Sign-ups)

Rummage Sale

Friendly Reminder

Please ensure you are signing your child(ren) in and out through Jovial every time at drop-off and again at pick-up. There are QR codes on the door at the bottom of the stairs, and again in front of each classroom. You must make sure to go through the entire process of signing in and out.

Congratulations to the Brown Family!

Help us show our love and support for the Brown family as they welcomed baby Owen on the 24th! Caroline (toddler time) is now a big sister! The Brown family have been an integral part of our community and have helped tremendously with the cleaning and deep cleaning of the classrooms.

If you feel so inclined, please signup here for the Meal Train.

Lending Library

Are you WILD about reading? Plenty of animal themed books are available at the lending library for you to borrow. Come add some color to our animal picture (the special dry erase markers are washable ), and don't forget to grab an animal book BINGO card to work on this month. Bring your completed card to the May 6th DCP community event and pick out a prize!

Returning to DCP next year? Take a moment to secure your preferred committee spot!
