ADDITIONAL CURATES SOCIETY LENT BOXES

We support the ACS which has helped us to have a curate in the past. Lent boxes are available at the back of church.

DANCING WITH TEMPTATION Tuesday after Mass

Our Lent course studying C S Lewis’s The Screwtape Letters commences on Tuesday in the Community Hall after the 7.30pm Mass.

ILFORD CITIZENS Thursday 1 – 4 pm

At Ilford Salvation Army, London Council leaders, hosted by Cllr Jas Athwal, Leader of Redbridge Council, will discuss homelessness, with a focus on Project Malachi. Clare Cox will be attending this (as well as the project launch on Saturday) and will answer your questions. Please come to help show how seriously we, as Ilford Citizens, take the issue of homelessness.

STATIONS OF THE CROSS Friday 7.30pm

Our friends in Christ from Ss Peter & Paul’s Church join us for this short devotional service.

SOUTH PARK LITTER PICKERS Saturday from 10.30

LAUNCH OF PROJECT MALACHI Saturday 2pm 

Venue: Ilford Salvation Army. Includes a guided tour and lots of information about this vital project providing homes and support for homeless people in Ilford. Please come to show your support as an Ilford Citizen.

LENT QUIET DAY Saturday 21 March

Booking is now open for our Lent Day Retreat in the diocesan house of retreat in Pleshey. Please add your name to the list at the back of church and give Marcel Firth your £20.

MIRFIELD RETREAT balance due Sunday 5 April

Those booked on the retreat, please put the remaining £200 owed in an envelope with your name on and hand it to Emma Jeffrey no later than Palm Sunday, 5 April. 

CORONA VIRUS – CofE GUIDANCE

Those with coughs and sneezes are asked not to shake hands and to receive only the Host (consecrated bread) at Communion. Intinction – dipping the Host into the wine - should also be avoided, please.
