Sheep Farm Series

Ranging in size from small to VERY small, this trio of tiny sweaters represent scenes from a sheep farm in three parts. The largest sweater has a weeping willow on the back with a sun rising from one of the sleeves. On the front, there is a red barn with a path that leads up to it and sheep graze on rolling green hills in the foreground. The Sheep Farm Light Cardigan (middle) has a barn on the back and sheep grazing in the meadow on the front. On one sleeve is a black sheep...he's been relegated to the edges by the other sheep. The tiniest sweater has a ewe on one side and a ram on the other. The silver and enamel buttons on the largest cardigan are made by Diane Almeya and the smaller wooden buttons are made by Hestia House.

Earth to Sky Continued

Last year, I made a very small cardigan called "Earth to Sky." I was inspired by the artwork of Lucas Cranach and incorporated some of the themes of the Garden of Eden into it. In keeping with the theme, this year I have created smaller versions of the Earth to Sky Sweater called "Earth to Sky Light" and "Earth to Sky Ultra Light." They are tinier versions with fewer details but still VERY cute! Earth to Sky Light is a cardigan with an apple tree on the back and three young folks on the front, including a girl holding a bunch of balloons. There are more details on the sleeves which you can see in person at the Chicago International Show! On the tiniest version, a girl holds a pink balloon on one side and a boy sports a cowboy hat on the other.
