We've had a great year filled with creative fun! Here are some of the projects made through time in our classes and clubs On the left, Sarah made this reversable no-sew cozy fleece blanket. Allie poses with her scrappy quilt, in the picture on the lower left. She hand-pieced this together using fabric from Scrappy Land. Below right, Sanai holds the teddy bear she finished during Kids' Sewing Club on Saturday for her sister. |

Eileen found some soft red fleece fabric and sewed a quick and easy cat bed for one of her cats during Open Sewing hours. She soon realized that one wasn't enough and made two round beds, stuffed with batting to make it extra snugly. |

Sandy took the Macramé Class and sent this picture of her quality work with her lovely potted plant! |

Fabric donated to Wilson Magnet for Superintendent's Day Project, making surgical caps for kids at UR Golisano Center. |

A couple of our most popular classes are coming up in the new year! Sewing Machine 101/201, where you'll learn the basics of machine operation and safety, and help you feel confident in sewing a project. And Serger 101/201, you'll gain an understanding of the basics in threading and tension. For the 201 classes, you've learned the basics but want to go further! |
You can also stay warm and cozy in your very own Lounge/PJ Pants handmade by you! And in the Felt and Button Jewelry class or the Hairpin Lace Jewelry class with Joanna, you'll have two opportunities to design and make your own special piece of wearable art! |
Be sure to check our Class Calendar online for full class listings, dates/times, and descriptions. Kids' Sewing Club on Saturdays continues into the new year! |
