Our Buzzway Project!
With your help, the Rogue Buzzway Project will map pollinator-friendly
properties so we can identify the pollinator corridors that run through the Valley -
safe havens for butterflies, bumble bees, native bees, honey bees,
beetles, moths, hummingbirds, and other pollinators.
Because pollinator habitat = pollinators = food security!
The Buzzway project will:

  • Identify pollinator-friendly parcels and locate pollinator corridors
  • Identify major gaps in pollinator-friendly plantings
  • Focus resources on educating and inspiring the community to expand the

quantity, quality, and variety of pollinator habitats, with
pollinator gardens, farm land, monarch waystations, city parks, and more!

Bee on the map!

Simply fill out this form to tell us how your property provides pollinator habitat.

Thank you!

Pollinators' Pick
This is true everywhere, and everyone, even non-farmers, can help.
"Pollination services are an 'agricultural input' that
ensure the production of crops.
All farmers, especially family farmers and smallholders around the world,
benefit from these services. Improving pollinator density and diversity
has a direct positive impact on crop yields,
consequently promoting food and nutrition security."

José Graziano da Silva, Director-General,
Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations
as quoted in this
article.
