Award-Winning Pet Care in & around Yorktown, Virginia |

There are only a few days left in 2023 and we're officially at capacity! Our team has worked incredibly hard the past few weeks, during what is the busiest time of year for the pet sitting industry. At this point, we are fully booked and cannot accept any more pet care requests over the holiday season. You're welcome to schedule services starting Tuesday, January 2, 2024 via our online scheduling software, Time to Pet. Our Office is closed December 25 and January 1, 2024. Thank you for your understanding and Happy Holidays! |

Dear Friends, It's hard to believe that we're less than two weeks away from 2024. As I shared last month, 2023 was an exceptional year for me personally and professionally. I've learned, delegated, and accomplished many goals this year. I couldn't be more proud of the strides my team and I have made. The Hearts at Home Team is looking forward to continuing to provide you and your beloved pets with the excellent care you've come to expect of us in the new year. We're excited to spend quality time with your fur family while making your pet parenting experience that much easier. We'd like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families a safe and memorable holiday season. We are grateful for your patronage and support and look forward to a spectacular 2024 with you and your pets as part of the Hearts at Home family. Happy New Year! Caméa Allen Founder |

Inclement Weather Reminders |
At Hearts at Home Pet Sitting, we use our best judgment when providing services during inclement weather. We reserve the right to alter or cancel scheduled visits if conditions make it dangerous or illegal to reach your home. Time spent walking may be shortened due to inclement weather. Dogs will, instead, enjoy a quick potty break and playtime inside when this occurs. Every effort will be made to complete pet sitting visits as scheduled. We will notify your emergency contact if it is not possible for us to safely reach your home. Please make arrangements with a trusted contact to care for your pet in the case of a weather-related crisis that makes it impossible for us to provide services. | | |

At Hearts at Home Pet Sitting, we often meet pets as rambunctious puppies and kittens and watch them grow into confident adults, low-key seniors, and special needs geriatrics. Many times, we also have the opportunity to support our clients when they are faced with the devastating reality that their pet's quality of life is diminishing. Much to our dismay, many of our clients have suffered pet loss in 2023. We recognize that many families are going into the holidays with a heavy heart as a result. To those who have lost a beloved pet this year, we'd like to take this opportunity to express our most sincere condolences for your loss. We thank you for having chosen us to care for your pets when you could not. And, we hope that you find peace knowing that you provided a beautiful home, life, and family for your cherished companion. May these beautiful souls and all those who have made their journey enjoy endless breakfast buffets, blue skies, and favorite toys at The Bridge. 🌈 |
