Throwback Pic!

We will kick off this newsletter with a restoration from 2020.  This entry on a lovely home in the University District needed a lot of work.  About 2 buckets of paint stripper later, we added new custom made columns to match, and fresh paint.  The before and after is impressive!

Niagara St. Project

The new frames and sash for this project are coming along.  The exterior casing is being repaired and where missing, new is being fabricated.

Auburn Project

This new project involves restoration of windows and some new storm windows.

Westminster Project

These beautiful old doors will take a lot of work to make shiny again, up we are up to the task!  The after on these is sure to be amazing!

After dismantling the doors we discovered the stiles and rails were badly damaged.  We have built new to match and have successfully fit them in the existing frames.  All the decorative pieces will be applied and the doors will be finished to match the originals.

Lexington Project

We are in the process of restoring a beautiful tower on the side of this lovely home, there is some damaged/missing trim and flashing that needs to be replaced.  The curved double hung windows in the staircase and curved leaded glass windows above are being restored as well.

Nottingham Project

This archtop door required a simple exterior refinishing.  The end result is beautiful.
