The first WISE Women Acadiana meeting of 2024 was a success! Mentees participated in a dynamic "speed networking" session, engaging with mentors from various STEM fields such as mathematics, information technology, computer science, and chemistry. The esteemed president of Financial Advising and Wealth Management at Money Concepts Capital, Pamela Mayfield-Kizzee, delivered an enlightening presentation entitled "Money Confident Kids," highlighting the fundamentals of financial literacy. This event proved to be an enriching experience for the young women present, equipping them with valuable knowledge and insights for a prosperous future. |
