Park Place Condos in Vaughan Metropolitan Centre by Smart Living is launching now.  We are accepting the worksheet.
The two-tower development, named for its prime location overlooking SmartVMC’s 9-acre central park, is located at the northeast corner of Highway 7 and Commerce Street, and will rise to heights of 48 and 56 storeys with 1,100 residential units.

SmartVMC community has established itself as the urban heart of Vaughan. Park Place will be directly adjacent to the new 9-acre central park, designed by renowned landscape architects Claude Cormier + Associés, which is the centrepiece of the neighbourhood that will become a big backyard for all residents to enjoy. The first phase of the park begins construction later this year.
