Looking back and Ahead with Wonder.

There’s a specific virtue that called to us throughout 2022, and this virtue keeps tugging at us as we begin 2023 – Wonder.

For many adults, when they hear the word “wonder” they think about their childhood days imagining their lives in fantastical worlds and everything that could be. If they are parents, they describe wonder when the observe their children engaging in imagery play or collecting all the things (rocks, leaves, bugs, you name it!) during a routine walk around the block. Thanks to wonder, experiences are everything but routine.

Guess what? Wonder is not a virtue just for children. Adults have it too! Wonder is leaning into curiosity without judgment. It is capturing the playfulness and joy of discovery. Wonder is the fuel for innovation and gratitude.

We are filled with wonder and awe by the companies, families and individuals who allowed us to walk alongside them this year as they grew in their emotional and positive intelligence. We marvel at the deeper connections people have made with themselves and each other. When we show up with vulnerability, humility and openness, true magic happens. As we look ahead to 2023, we are already filled with wonder at the opportunities ahead.

• We are continuing our Friends with Benefits Membership – AND – we are opening up to anyone who is interested, not just women. Our membership includes weekly live online Energy Infusers on Mondays to help you reflect, grow and set intentions for the week.

• Monthly in person events begin in January (see the calendar for the Jan 15th event)! In addition, we will be offering quarterly online events. Both members and nonmembers are welcome to attend, but our members will receive their invitations first and have discounts to the experiences.

• DHE Cohorts are starting soon! Stay tuned for more information on these.

• We continue to work with companies to create high performance teams using our discovery process, 360 assessments and customized training. Teams we worked with this past year reported having more open communication, accountability, less conflict, more innovation and more fun, among other more tangible results. • It was due to wonder that started our podcast in 2020 and we celebrated the ending of Season 1 with 100 episodes!  For 2023, we are redesigning our podcast and creating shorter seasons for you to enjoy. Look for more information on this in February.

• Last and certainly not least, our newsletter format will be changing up next month, and will include tips for implementing DHE strategies at work and home, celebrating DHE champions, and highlighting our monthly adventures.

Exciting Times With Our Membership!

These sessions will also be recorded so you will never miss a session. 

In addition, we have infused The DH Effect curriculum in curated in-person experiences from ballroom dancing and rock climbing to wine tasting and weekend retreats (yeah, we like to have fun while doing our decided heart work!).

We will also offer small cohort groups throughout the year to infuse decided heart work into all your unique roles, whether that is professional working moms looking for ways to calm the chaos at work and home or company leaders looking to create belonging to increase productivity and retain their talent. We have you covered.
