Fox Insight is an online clinical study where every 90 days you'll be invited to provide real-world information on symptoms, daily activities, and other factors through online questionnaires. These "study visits" can take up to an hour (though some are as short as 15 minutes). This is a great option to get involved from the comfort of your own home!
With the winter months approaching, it may be harder to attend your in-person wellness classes. The Parkinson's Foundation has a great resource to help you staying active right at home! Each week, you can attend mindfulness, educational, and fitness classes that are conducted by experts.

Ordinary people, extraordinary stories |
APDA has put together a series of videos called "Look Closer." These videos share powerful stories from real people with Parkinson's Disease. These stories challenge others to look beneath the surface at what makes a person more than their diagnosis. We hope these stories help inspire you to live well with PD today and tomorrow. |
