Happy Passover!

I am wishing everyone a Chag Sameach (happy holiday) with all the holidays happening this weekend!

Happy Friday Friends!!!

Happy Newsletter Friday! Welcome to those of you who are reading this for the first time and welcome back to those returning! Let's kick it off with the anticipated poll results!

THE POLL RESULTS:

Have you been outside recently? Well, venture outside and enjoy the spring weather! It is here y'all! There are so many glorious things about spring. What is the best part of spring? This is for sure a hard one to pick but you all clearly agreed on one thing.

The winner this time is.... THE SUN MAKES ME HAPPY! If you go outside and go for a walk, you see so many people leaving their homes and interacting with the world. People seem to always be in awe of spring. People go for walks, smell the flowers, and have a big smile on their face. It really is a happy season, isn't it?!

OTHER NEWS:

Stress is a funny thing. When stress first hits, it feels like everything is impossible and that whatever you have to get done seems like the hardest thing in the world. When stress hits me, I always think "it will happen and get done because it has to happen." I know this because looking back at all the various things I was once stressed about happened and I moved on. I know that this mindset can be a funny one but, I've built self-trust with myself and I know that I can accomplish it. The stress might still be there but, I know things will be okay and as Glennon Doyle says, "We can do hard things."

The emotion that is in the air for me right now is bittersweet. After watching Brene Brown's special, Atlas of the Heart (WATCH IT!), this emotion has felt even more relevant. Today marks an ending and a beginning for me. I am moving apartments and with that comes a whirlwind of emotions. The apartment overall isn't that special but, it is what happened within the apartment that makes it special. I am sad to leave a place that brought me so many great memories but, I am excited for what is next. Bittersweet truly hits life more than you would expect and I am grateful for each encounter I have with it.

Thank you for reading this and if this brought a smile to your day, feel free to forward it on and spread the cheer! Don't forget the impact a little kindness can have. It can create lots of change!

'Til next time,
