Planning Permission from the Cascais Municipality was approved for the Villas do Cobre Design, a 9 homes Housing Development for Top Living. 

 

The houses have been designed as if two simple boxes, using different materials, were placed on top of each other. At the base, we find the living areas which open themselves out towards the private gardens, and on the first floor we have envisioned the bedrooms, most of which enjoy views down towards Cascais from a continuous South facing balcony, which also acts as passive solar shading for the Southern Façade of the Living spaces.
