We've made a new gin
 
We're absolutely stoked to have been chosen to make The Commissioning Gin for HMAS Supply. 
 
Featuring oyster shells and local saltbush, this nautical inspired tipple will initially only be available to the commissioning crew and family of HMAS Supply, but don't panic if you're not in the Navy!
 
We'll be releasing it under our own label in the second half of this year (so watch this space!).

New Gin School dates for autumn!
 
New dates for Gin School will go live tomorrow (1 March). So if you missed out on our first lot of classes, make sure to jump online tomorrow morning and grab yourself a spot.
 
Learn how to create your very own gin recipe, and then run your own still to transform your ingredients into your very own full sized bottle to take home with you. If that's not enough, we'll serve you three delicious gins to help with the creative process, as well as giving you a behind the scenes look at our distillery and a guided tasting of our gins.
 
Available for groups of between four and six people, each class runs for three hours and costs $195 per person.

Other distillery news...
We'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has come out to visit us at the cellar door since we (finally) re-opened in December 2020. It's been a bit of a shaky start to the year for so many, but your support, good wishes and encouragement have been a real shot in the arm for our fledgling business!
 
We'll be expanding our cocktail menu in the next few weeks (so there'll be even more deliciousness for you to choose from!) and, while we don't do food, we're more than happy for you to bring your own picnic if you'd like to linger a while and enjoy the views. Well-behaved pooches are also very welcome.
